This program is dedicated to learning and putting resilience skills into practice so you can successfully lead yourself.

Here’s how it works:

You’ll watch short learning modules on resilience, then we’ll gather together virtually in live groups to apply the learnings. Over four live sessions, we’ll get to know each other as a group and help each other work on our leadership skills.

  • The science of sleep (and how it impacts your resilience)
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Managing your mental script
  • Finding meaning and purpose
